dNeero Continues Conversation on Susan Boyle and the Idol Contests
dNeero has decided to highlight my question and in the last conservation and include it as arequired answer question. I'm honoured! But this isn't the first time this has happened. I answered my own question and posted it here. It is worth $.31 but I shouldn't imagine I would recieve any for it.
So far I've made $15.51 and I have $.62 pending as well as the $.31 for this conservation. It isn't much but the conservations are interesting and every little bit gets Gimme A Dream noticed.

dNeero Conversation On Susan Boyle
Susan Boyle is a British Idol contestant. She was a surprising shock to the judges and the audience when she first went on. She is not what we are programmed to expect in a DIVA singer. She was "cheeky" when answering the judges questions. He personal presentation was that of a not-so-shy cleaning woman. But when the music started, I Dreamed A Dream, by Les Miserables and the audience started to listen, when her voice rang out, Susan brought them all to a standing ovation.
Here is the Youtube URL to Susan Boyle's entrance to the British Idol Episode 1
Enjoy!

dNeero Revisits Lung Cancer Again
This time all the money goes to Lung Cancer Charity. Everyone who takes part in the conversation donates $.65US to the Charity that holds this logo. I can't believe that I don't know the name of the charity....

If anyone knows the name of the charity off hand, I'd appreciate a comment letting me know.

dNeero Continues a conversation....
I did this conversation a while ago but apparently there have been many others who have joined and asked their own questions, so the conversation is going around again.
This conversation is worth another dollar.

dNeero Ignited a New Conversation
and of course I joined in. Normally I enjoy these conversations and take part whenever I'm asked to. I joined this new conversation called "Gimme A Break". I must admit, I don't know what the conversation is about. I had an idea it was going to discuss Spring break and all it's various variations. But it also talks about rock & roll music and the partnerships in the past and American Idol. I come away from the conversation, very confused.
The conversation is valued at $0.47USD, I think is said.

I Seem To Be Up To No Goody!

I thought maybe I'd link this weblog to other weblogs that I write for, thus allow people who wanted to read what it is that keeps me busy and away from Gimme a chance, lol! Truthfully, I want to create a network or a web of sorts with links here and there, so here goes:
Today I wrote a story about my uncle Lornes new boat. Now this boat isn't new anymore and my uncle died in 2001. But the story is relevant to the Magdalen Islands. It is at Iles-de-la-Madeleine and the story is rather unique. My uncle, being a bachelor, started this forty-foot fishing boat, in his home. But he wasn't crazy..., I guess you'll have to read the story....
I wrote an article on Equine Breathing Techniques and it is bringing in quite a few visitors to the All Things Horse Website. It is an interesting holistic look at teaching a horse how to breathe properly for athletic events. It also works for nervous horses....
To catch the latest in the news of the Magdalen Islands, or vote on a poll for wether or not you would like to have a Magdalen Islands newsletter posted to you inbox. An Islander won the first prize for Radio-Canada Literary Award..., read about it here.

Recession, What Recession?
I'm still not certain that the world is in a recession. dNeero asks about our thoughts on the state of the worlds economy, in relation to the United States.

A Night At The Movies - The Oscars!
I'm not a big movie nut case. The last time I went to a movie theater was to see Bruce Willis in Die Hard 4 I think - the last one anyway and that was a year and a half ago or two and a half years ago, whenever it came into theaters. I haven't watched television since the projector broke down..., about the same time I guess. I do occasionally watch an action adventure on DVD though. I guess that counts.

A Turn of the Century Snowmobile - The 20th Century That Is!
Today, looking outside and going out to feed the horses was a trial. We had another fresh layer of snow down, again. If it wasn’t for the packed path tat I made over the entire winter by dragging a sled with hay bales and then a dragger net full of fresher loose hay, I wouldn’t have been able to get to the horses.
As it is, I’ve had to temporarily raise their enclosing fence another four feet, to near the tops of the surrounding trees. Big Dream walked over the top of the fence a couple of weeks ago. And there are places where they don’t go that the fence is not even visible anymore.
Come spring, I would be surprised to measure the height of the fence inside the forest paddock under ten feet.
There are snowmobiles out in the fields everyday, but the small skidoo of today would get stuck in the snow banks inside the forest. They would bog down as surely as if they were in muck....
But not this beast - I was amazed at the simplicity of this contraption. Armstead Snow Motors put out one heck of a neat snow vehicle in 1924. Who would have ever thunk it!

Election Music
I'm wondering just how much the music industry was involved with the results that put Obama in the White House? This conversation, in it's own subtle way seems to be tackling a question which, in my mind, cannot be answered definitely.
