A Tribute To One So Young

I know that many of you have seen this posting further down in this blog and in the Magdalen Islands blog also. I am deleting the tribute below, after copying it and it's comments here, because the youtube videos that were connected to it were really causing troubles for my computer. Instead I will place links to the youtube site for anyone who wishes to see the tributes to this youngster who has touched the lives of so very many Magdalen Islanders. Once again, I apologize to those of you who commented. They are now saved but only as copies. Thank you, everyone for your condolences for our family, for Josh was of the Clark family and we are all related. We miss him so very terribly.

Heaven Was Needing A Hero Like You

This is a tribute to 15-year-old Joshua Clarke, who tragically died in a car accident a couple of weeks before Hallowe'en, 2007. At the time of his death, he was holding his baby sip cup in his hand. Earlier that day, he had said that it was the first cup he ever drank from and it would be the last cup he drank from. The handle of the cup was found in his hand, when the rescue team pull the car off him. Paramedics managed to get his heart beating, but he was pronounced DOA at the hospital. Perhaps the saddest day of our community's generation was the day they put Josh into the ground. His peer group will forever miss him. Joshua Clarke was the treasure of his mum and dad, Tracy and Simeon. May they find what little peace they can, in knowing that their son will be remembered by so many Magdalen Islanders. "He was the life of the party!", so many of his friends and peers said.

This video is a tribute to Joshua Wilbert Clarke who died tragically on October 14, 2007 at the early age of 15, we'll miss you dearly.
By now there are many such tributes on the net for Joshua, put there by his many friends. These are only the first.

These videos were created by Joy31977.

we can never truly accept death when it comes so suddenly and chooses it's victim so harshly, the loss of a child goes against the natural order and I feel for his parents and your community.
